Handmade fire cider, a traditional New England remedy for fall & winter ailments- coughs, colds, and immune support- now infused with fresh pomegranate. This blend is made from a base of apple cider vinegar and pomegranate juice, infused for several weeks with fresh ginger, garlic, fresh turmeric root, rosemary, lemons, chilis, and raw honey. Pomegranates add a potent dose of antioxidants and vitamins to the traditional recipe, fortifying the medicine of this blend while sweetening the flavor. This current batch is particularly garlic-forward in flavor, with an extra dose of this most incredible disease-preventing antioxidant plant. 


Pungent, sour, and spicy- the flavor of fire cider can certainly be intense. While the taste can be overwhelming, it is not unpleasant- it is bright, herbaceous, and stimulating to the body, generating heat instantly and bringing on an appetite. Recommended dose is 2 tablespoons at the first sign of illness, repeating every 4 hours while symptoms persist. Fire cider can be mixed into water, apple cider, tea, or orange juice to ameliorate the strong flavor of vinegar.
