In this brand new lecture, join us for an exciting deep-dive into the history and magic of languages, scripts, and alphabets. Students will examine the techniques of linguistic mysticism, traditions of magic words and sacred names, and talismanic writings from a variety of time periods and cultures, examining the use of language as a tool of the magical arte. We will explore :
