Cernunnos, the Bucca, Baphomet, Elen of the Ways, the Devil at the Crossroads: the Horned God of the Witches appears under many names and guises, changing form and gender at will. Who is the Horned One? Why are they so multifaceted? Where did they come from, and how did they come to be so tightly connected to modern witchcraft?

This class will take us on a 15,000 year odyssey, from Paleolithic cave art to Greek and Roman myth to British folklore and modern occultism. Through it all, we'll trace the Horned One's evolution and explore their role as a guide, protector, and initiator for witches today.
