A traditional fire cider, with a twist. The heat and intensity of this oxymel are tempered with an infusion of rose petals and wild-harvested sumac, lending a floral fruitiness and gentle pink color.

Ingredients : apple cider vinegar, raw honey, garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, rosemary, lemon, chili, rose, sumac, rose petal honey.
